This design-build for this new port-of-call cruise ship pier included timber excursion dock with talapas and over-water walkways and platforms. The 1,075-foot concrete pier and two concrete dolphin construction can accommodate cruise ships up to 1,080 feet and is engineered to withstand a Category 5 hurricane.
Our design activities included dredging, dredge slopes, offshore dredge disposal, concrete main birthing pier, concrete access bridge, mooring and birthing, seismic loading, aids for navigation, and a small craft pier.
